Overview

Stems takes a finished song and splits it into separate tracks, right inside your DAW. You can hear each instrument on its own, remove the vocals to make an instrumental or a karaoke version, isolate the drums or the bass to study it, sample it or replay it, then drag each track into your project or export them as WAV files. Everything happens on your Mac: your songs are never sent over the internet.
