NAUPLY

Legal

Intellectual property

NAUPLY, its plugins and everything around them are protected. Here is what that covers.

The NAUPLY™ brand

The NAUPLY name, the logo (the “N” and its waves) and the product names are distinctive signs used by idircode.com. Any use without permission, for example for a product, a service, a domain name or an online account, is prohibited.

Plugins protected by copyright

NAUPLY plugins, their code and their algorithms are software protected by copyright (French Intellectual Property Code, articles L112-2 and L122-6). They are licensed, not sold: a purchase grants a personal right of use, defined by the license agreement supplied with each plugin.

What is prohibited

Copying, sharing, lending, reselling or redistributing a plugin or its license; modifying it; circumventing its protection; decompiling it outside the cases permitted by law.

Interfaces, visuals and sounds

Interfaces, screenshots, icons, texts, factory presets and demo sounds are protected too. Any reproduction requires written permission. Press and content creators: write to us.

Counterfeiting and piracy

“Cracked” versions and unauthorized distribution of the plugins constitute counterfeiting (French Intellectual Property Code, article L335-3). To report an illegal copy or a security vulnerability: contact@nauply.com.
