FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Short answers to the questions we hear most.
What is NAUPLY?
NAUPLY is a suite of audio plugins (VST3 and AU) developed by idircode.com. It covers stem separation, audio restoration, mixing and mastering, space effects, MIDI creation and instruments.
Which DAWs do the plugins work with?
Every DAW that supports VST3 or AU: Ableton Live, Logic Pro, FL Studio, Cubase, Studio One, Reaper, Bitwig and more.
Do the plugins run on Mac and PC?
On Mac today (Apple Silicon and Intel for most plugins). Windows PC versions are planned.
Do I need an internet connection?
For the audio, no: processing is fully local, and a few AI-based plugins simply download their model once, on first use. For the license, a little: one activation at install, then an automatic online check every 3 months, in the background. Without a connection for more than 3 months, the plugin keeps working for 14 more days with a warning.
How does the license work?
Each plugin you buy has its license key, shown in "My account". It activates on one computer; to switch, remove the old one from your account or from the plugin. The license checks itself online every 3 months. A free 14-day trial is offered for plugins on sale.
Are my tracks sent anywhere?
No. No NAUPLY plugin sends your audio to a server, including the ones that use neural networks.
When will the plugins be available?
Downloads will open with the NAUPLY licensing system. Each product page shows the plugin's actual status: coming soon or in development.
How many plugins are in the suite?
More than forty plugins, grouped into ranges: instruments and creative tools, mixing, space, vocals, audio restoration, arrangement and utilities. The catalogue shows them all, range by range.
